Each set includes

• Hospital Birth Stat disc (15cm x 10.5cm)
• 2 Monthly milestone discs (10cm x 7.5cm)
• Numbers can be swapped out with glue dots that are included.
• Numbers included are 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9
• 1 Loose name which can be interchanged between the 2 milestone discs, which can be attached with glue dots that are included.
